This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this website and is valid for visitors/users to the site. It does not apply to any information collected through channels other than this website. See also privacy and therms of Google

The provision of data and, therefore, consent to the collection and processing of data is optional; the user can deny consent and can revoke consent already provided at any time (via email: [email protected]). However, denying consent may make it impossible to provide some services and the website browsing experience may be compromised.

As of May 25, 2018 (date of the GDPR’s entry into effect), this site will process certain data in accordance with the legitimate interests of the data controller.

– as a security measure (anti-spam filters, firewalls, and virus detection), the data automatically stored may also include personal data like IP addresses, which may be used to block attempts to hack the site or other users, or any other harmful or illegal activity, and is handled according to the laws governing data usage and storage. Such data is never used for user identification or profiling purposes, but merely for the protection of the website and its users (starting on May 2, 2018, such information will be processed in accordance with the legitimate interests of the data controller);

– to communicate data to third parties who perform functions necessary or instrumental to the operation of the service, such as managing comments on the site.

If the website permits the inclusion of comments, or in the case of specific services requested by the user (via the Contact section), the website automatically detects and registers specific user identification data, including email address and nicknames. This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user when the service is provided, and is processed on the basis of consent. By adding a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy, and in particular agrees to the content being freely disseminated to third parties.

Any data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary for the provision of said service.

Information that users of the website make public through the services and tools rendered available to them, is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this website from all liability regarding any violation of laws. It is the user’s responsibility to verify that they have permission to provide the personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.

If the comments are managed via an external service, please refer to the service policies for further information (see the cookies section).

In all cases, data collected by the website is never shared with third parties, unless legitimately requested by the legal authorities and only in cases set forth by law. In the event that the negotiation is concluded positively and/or negatively, the data collected will be destroyed and in no case disclosed to third parties.
