PVC rotational molding machine

The complete PRM 900 Box Line is suitable for large-scale molding of small-sized items in soft PVC/PLASTISOL or elastomers (inflatable sports balls, dolls, hygienic pears, toys, etc.). 

A complete rotational molding line for balls is available, which includes the set of molds, inflation equipment, and bagging machine.

Additional info

The kiln houses a straight arm on which two sets of molds are hooked. After the baking phase is over, the molds are cooled by immersion in water and the products are taken out.

The production cycle of the PRM Box 900 line is very fast and fully automated, and the machine can produce hundreds of rotational pieces per hour. At the preset frequency, the group of molds with the cooked products ready for cooling is manually extracted and the group of molds loaded with raw material is inserted.

The molds are automatically attached to the straight arm, which then resumes rotation to finish cooking the group of molds already in the oven. 

To speed up production, filling the cavities of the mold assembly is facilitated by the dosing unit. Mixing of components and coloring of raw material takes place in the rapid mixer.

Gas consumption monitoring

It is possible to install an integrated liter counter with the software to display every 10 seconds on the touch-screen the gas consumption and the actual power of the burner, detecting malfunctions in advance. The system is able to provide aggregated consumption data per cycle, arm, cubic meter, etc.
